Ephemeral Art This was an assignment for my Process and Media: Time course at Montclair State University. It was a nice, sunny day with a lot of wind which made this piece a little difficult to put together. I used plants and stones found in my garden and wanted to show how these elements all live in harmony with each other.

What is Ephemeral Art?
For those who don't know, ephemeral art is "art that only lasts for a short amount of time. There are many forms of ephemeral art, from sculpture to performance, but the term is usually used to describe a work of art that only occurs once, like a happening, and cannot be embodied in any lasting object to be shown in a museum or gallery." - tate.org
This page is dedicated to my ephemeral artwork that I create every now and then. I love using rocks as the focus as well as other natural elements. Feel free to click on an image to read about each work.
